Are you talking about UK2? I do not recognize your review, have you actually tried their reseller account, laughably named! UK2 have very slow support, unreliable services - lots of downtime with no adequate explanation as to why. After 15 years of dealing with hosting companies, UK2 have the worst support and least reliable servers, only closely matched by 1&1. If you think this is a biased and atypical opinion, then just do a search on "UK2 problems" complaints/downtime - you will see our experience of UK2 is far from unusual. If you have no technical knowledge of how servers work, or if they THINK you don't, then they will try and fob you off with nonsense excuses as to why your sites have been down for 2 days, basically they try and fob you off and seem to have no regard for their customers at all. Do not touch UK2, they are quite simply an appalling hosting company, unreliable and poor support sums them up in my view. Don't take my word for it, take a look around the forums and reviews and see for yourself.. If anyone mentions UK2 for your hosting, run away! Oh, and take a look at the overly positive reviews of UK2, I believe you'll see that it's spam by UK2 - just take a look a bit further down the posts to see the realistic reviews - none of them are good. Spamming positive feedback doesn't fool anyone UK2, and it doesn't make you a good company. I was their customer for 2 years up until recently, and I know a lot of people who have had exactly the same very poor support and unreliable service that my company has. Don't waste your money.

Webhost.uk.net has been the best host I had been with from my last 10 years hosting experience I have changed my hosts from 1and1 to uk2 , seeing what I get with WebhostUK LTD I should say they are presently the best host in terms of support and service. Good luck guys keep up the good work.
