I ordered polo tops from them as I have done twice before and despite ordering the same tops in the same size the ones I received were far too big. They put this down to a change of supplier meaning the size they previously sent me measuring 42" was now a huge 48" even although I selected the exact same item and size as previously. They are unwilling to exchange or refund and say I am at fault. I have tried to resolve this but now they have blocked my email address so I can no longer contact them unless I write. Please avoid this joke of a company before you get scammed just like I did. I just wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
