The Customer service for this tinpot company is appalling, I wanted to ask a couple of questions before purchasing, rang 5 times got same answer, only gave information that was on web site, sent E-Mail on Monday, still no response 5 days later

Has anyone received good customer service from DiningRoomWorld??? ive waited 9 weeks for a dining room set that is stated as Instock delivery 7-10 days on their website. They have refunded my delivery but i would rather have my goods. Has anyone managed to get through on their phone line or even had a response from their email within 24 hrs like they state!!!!!
